Mr. Panahon has worked on major special projects, including an on-going project for the installation of submarine cables in the Visayas. His other major projects concern mostly power projects such as the acquisition of a hydro-power plant project in Mindanao, a wind-power plant project in Mindoro, and a methane-power plant project in Luzon.

He also practices aviation law, with particular emphasis on aircraft financing and compliance. He has acted as counsel for both borrowers and lenders in these types of transactions.

As part of the firm's Employment and Immigration Department, Mr. Panahon has worked on a number of labor-litigation cases for various companies from different industries, including business process outsourcing, pharmaceutical, electronics, and maritime companies. These cases include those involving illegal dismissal, unfair labor practices, certification election, money claims, and overseas Filipino workers. He also conducts management trainings and seminars on labor laws and company policies.

He is also presently acting either as a Corporate Secretary or Assistant Corporate Secretary for various corporate clients from different industries.
