April is a member of the firm’s Litigation, Employment and Immigration, and Corporate Services Department.

Ms. Soller has handled civil, criminal and commercial litigation cases in all court levels and various agencies, including the Department of Justice, Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas, Professional Regulation Commission, Securities and Exchange Commission, Department of Trade and Industry and Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation. She has exposure in the mining industry, having handled cases involving mining permits and regulation in the Philippines.

As a member of the firm's Employment and Immigration Department, she has handled a number of labor-litigation cases and advised clients on diverse labor matters such as illegal dismissal, unfair labor practices, money claims, work permits and visa requirements, and compliance with labor standards, among others. She has also handled employment-related matters in due diligence transactions.

Ms. Soller has some corporate practice. As a member of the Corporate Services Department she renders corporate secretarial duties, including acting as Assistant Corporate Secretary for several corporations. She has also assisted in rendering regulatory, transactional, and business advice for corporate clients.
