Russell Stanley Q. Geronimo

Stan is an associate at SyCip Salazar Hernandez & Gatmaitan. Prior to joining the firm, he was the Division Chief of the Banking and Financial Institutions Division of the Governance Commission for GOCCs, under the Office of the President of the Philippines, where he handled the regulatory review of the corporate restructuring of GOCCs from 2012 to 2016, including mergers & acquisitions, privatization, rehabilitation, recapitalization, divestment, dissolution & liquidation, and other modes of corporate reorganization of GOCCs. He was involved in the plan of merger of LandBank and DBP, plan of recapitalization of UCPB, liquidation and reform of the military pension system, and corporate reorganization of PDIC, SSS, Pag-IBIG Fund, and PhilHealth. In 2017, he was consultant to the PPP Center in drafting a PPP manual for the national government.
