Sophia Francesca Z. Espinosa is a member of the firm's Litigation and Arbitration and Intellectual Property departments.

Ms. Espinosa has handled civil, criminal, and commercial cases before the Supreme Court, the Court of Appeals, and various trial courts. She also has experience in representing clients before quasi-judicial bodies, including the National Labor Relations Commission, the Department of Trade and Industry, the Securities and Exchange Commission, and the Department of Justice. She was also involved in a construction dispute before the Philippine Construction Industry Arbitration Commission (CIAC). Since joining the firm, Ms. Espinosa has had experience in intra-corporate litigation, corporate rehabilitation, enforcement of foreign judgments and arbitral awards, and bail proceedings, among others.

As a member of the intellectual property department, Ms. Espinosa handles various intellectual property matters such as review of franchise agreements and technology transfer arrangements, trademark prosecution, trademark opposition proceedings, portfolio management, and enforcement proceedings.
