Austin Claude S. Alcantara
Austin Claude S. Alcantara is a member of the firm’s Litigation and Employment and Immigration Departments. He has handled civil, criminal, and commercial cases before the Supreme Court, the Court of Appeals, various trial courts, and the Department of Justice. He has also represented various clients before the Construction Industry Arbitration Commission, the Housing and Land Use Regulatory Board, the Securities and Exchange Commission, and the Department of Trade and Industry.
As a member of the firm's Employment and Immigration Department, he has worked on a number of labor-litigation cases for companies from various industries, including business process outsourcing, gaming, electronics, and maritime companies. He has also advised clients on diverse labor matters such as illegal dismissal, unfair labor practices, money claims, and overseas Filipino workers.
