COVID-19 updates (SyCipLaw Bulletin # 18): New MECQ Guidelines issued by the IATF; IPOPHL re-opens on May 25

This bulletin to SyCipLaw clients is on the issuances of the Philippine government as of May 16, 2020 about the new guidelines issued by the Inter-Agency Task Force for the Management of Emerging Infectious Diseases (IATF) in areas under modified enhanced community quarantine (MECQ) and advisory released by the Intellectual Property Office in the Philippines as it re-opens on May 25.

The MECQ guidelines sets out list of businesses and industries that are allowed to operate during MECQ and their respective operational capacities.
